Terms and Conditions
Peak Season is any long weekend, Victorian school holidays, Easter, Christmas or special events.
Check In – 2pm Check Out – 10am cabins, 11am caravan and camping sites
We offer a late check-out (subject to availability). Sites $25 (depart by 4pm); Cabins $50 (depart by 4pm)
Office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm (if you arrive outside of these hours, please use the automated 24 hour Kiosk to obtain your cabin key and/or boom gate code).
Final payment will automatically be taken 30 days prior to your arrival for all long weekends, including Chill Out, Grand Final weekend, Melbourne Cup weekend, Christmas, Easter and Victorian School Holidays. There are no refunds given during this time.
Please note that whilst every effort is made to accommodate your preferred site or cabin number, they are not guaranteed and subject to operational requirements, you may be relocated.
All cabins have a self-contained kitchen/kitchenette with fridge, microwave and cooking facilities along with a reverse cycle air conditioning, colour television, cutlery and crockery.
All cabins have bedding provided to the master bedroom, including towels, bathmats and toiletries. Extra bedding is available for $20 per bed if required.
Children under 9 years of age should not use the top bunk. Children should also not play on the top bunk.
All roads in the property are shared between vehicles, pedestrians and children on bikes and scooters. All roads have a walking pace speed limit of 8km/h.
Bookings are a 2-night minimum on any weekend and minimum booking apply for long weekends and holidays.
Should the number of people vary, the tariff may alter. Additional fees are applicable for day and overnight visitors. Please ensure if you are having visitors that they register at the office on arrival. If you have a visitor who does not leave the Park by 8.00 pm, we may treat the visitor as an additional person which may incur an additional fee.
Tariffs may vary depending on the season and availability.
Parking: Each cabin has a driveway with space for one car. A second vehicle can be parked in our visitor’s car park. Each site fee allows for one car per site.
BOOKING POLICY: All bookings require 1 night’s deposit to secure your booking. All online bookings will be charged at the time of the booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations incur a $20.00 administration fee.
Replacement of a lost/misplaced Cabin key incurs a $25 fee.
There will be NO REFUNDS for any cancellations within 14 days of arrival date during our non-peak periods and NO REFUNDS for any cancellations within 30 days of arrival date during our peak periods. (All third-party bookings will adhere to the booking terms and conditions.)
Once the site or accommodation has been occupied, no refund or transfer is available.
Site fees cover a caravan and annexe or one tent per site. No teenagers to remain on site/unit without parental supervision.
Tents and/or swags cannot be erected around accommodation units.
Electric Vehicles are not to be charged from any cabin or site under any circumstances. Our infrastructure is not designed to charge EV’s and can create a risk of fire.
Day Visitors are welcome between 9.00am and 9.00pm and all visitors must register at the office on arrival. Visitor’s cars are not permitted through to accommodation or sites.
Overnight Visitors: Fees are applicable, and visitors must register at the office on arrival. All accommodation and sites: $20 per night.
Fires & BBQ’S: BBQ’s or heaters that require an open flame source e.g. heat beads or any other type of outdoor heating is not permitted. Campers using gas barbecues should familiarise themselves with summer fire regulations. BBQ’s are not permitted to be lit on the decks of the accommodation units.
All children in the park are the responsibility of their parent or guardian. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using the amenities, playgrounds, and other park facilities. We require all children to be back at their registered accommodation or site by 10pm.
Use of playground & trampolines may result in serious injury including death, head, eye or spinal injury, paralysis, broken limbs or strains. Risks include falls and collisions with other users and hazards associated with gaps, openings, and protruding objects. Adult supervision required at all times.
Bicycles / Skateboards / Scooters / Rollerblades are to be used in daylight hours and only on roadways. These items are not to be used in or around park facilities such as the laundry, amenities buildings, playgrounds etc. Other out of bound’s areas, including the entrance to the park, will be outlined by our team at reception.

A complimentary welcome kit of tea, coffee, sugar, bin liner and toilet roll are provided in the accommodation.
We have free wireless internet available. Please see reception for details.
All accommodation, amenities buildings and playground areas in the park grounds are strictly non-smoking. A $200 cleaning and deodorising fee will apply to all guests found smoking in cabin accommodation. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if dishes are not washed and placed on the drying rack prior to departure.
Antisocial behaviour, illegal drug use, excessive use of alcohol, undue mess around site, unregistered vehicles, undue noise, acts of violence, smoking in accommodation, driving lessons and conducting business onsite are prohibited from occurring on the property. Failure to comply with any of the above, including any damage caused to the property may result in eviction from the property.
